Hurry Sell Everything and Move!

We listed our house hoping to find some renters so we can get out of our lease early.

BTW Note to Self: Landlords do not like it when you leave early.

So we showed the house to an amazing family.

A dad with two beautiful girls (9 and 12) who lost their mom (safari accident) and his new lovely wife and her 25 year-old son (charming).

We had so much fun showing them the house, and  I would really love for them to have it.

Only thing…

They are getting kicked out of their current rental (landlord moving back in) on April 15th.  (yes-a bit more than a month away)

They asked if we would move out May 1.

Chris and I decided we could. (we are absolutely in denial)

The stress level went up about 100% and the amount of things we seem to own grew wildly.

So it looks like our adventure will begin early.  I am going to rent a house in Hawaii for two weeks in May and pull the kids out of school.  (good warm up)

Oh!  And we already have rented a cabin in South Lake Tahoe for a week in April.

Four solid weeks of selling to go.

Game on.
